Rocco in NoMad. GM is ex-Wolfgang's. 10/10 service. Wait staff wipes the first steak bites on the edge of sizzling plate then dips it in the beef rendered butter.

I enjoyed this place for lunch on Sa, that I went back again on Mon for lunch as well. Had the tomato and mozzarella salad, and for me, it was perfect. I had the filet mignon au pouve from the lunch menu both times and it was perfectly prepared. Atmosphere nice. Staff exceptional. Food fantastic.

After looking at steakhouses on my phone,we were able to get a res at Rocco for me,my best friend & his daughter.Very friendly staff keeping it all moving.our party was complete so they sat us at great tables in the middle of the busy dining room.Our host Vinny was there all the way exchanging pleasantries & jokes.Excellent waiter & support staff/food runner were very pleasant.Delicious Apple arugula salad Then mains:Fries,Onion Rings cavatappi Mac & cheese Al dente.Thenthe bone in steak arrivedon a searing hot plate fresh from broiler tilted on a plate creating a perfect pool of butter.Very well handled steak,dry aged in house.We met everybody touching our table and all were so nice.After dinner they sent a chocolate mousse torte with ganache delicious The photo included is the steak I bought home to my wife
